Stephanie Czuhajewski, CAE

Position: Chief Executive Officer

Stephanie founded Agentis Management, Inc., in January 2011 to help associations accomplish their missions. She oversees business operations for Agentis, and is responsible for service delivery and customer satisfaction. She carries 20 years of management experience in both the public and private sector, with an emphasis in non-profit marketing, fundraising and public relations.

Stephanie earned the Certified Association Executive credential in 2010 — the CAE is the highest professional credential that one can attain in the association management profession. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Sullivan University.

Brian Doty, CMP

Position: Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Brian is the co-owner of Agentis Management, Inc. and brings 15 years of national association management experience as an association director and manager. Additionally, he is a certified meeting professional and a 25-year veteran of the meetings industry. Brian oversees Agentis’ finance, human resources, administrative, convention and education departments. He is a past president of the Kentucky Bluegrass Chapter of Meeting Professionals International and served the association at the international level on the International Chapter Leadership Committee. In 2004 and 2008, Brian was the recipient of the Kentucky Bluegrass Chapter Meeting Planner of the Year Award. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Eastern Kentucky University.

Chris Walls, MLS

Position: Vice President of Creative Services

Chris executes the creative and technological tasks to serve clients’ print and multimedia needs. His print design experience includes the development of marketing campaigns for client events, academic journals, research reports, newsletters and textbooks. In addition to an extensive background in print design, Chris delivers the leadership and technical skills needed for structured web and multi-media production from concept through design and implementation. He utilizes the most current programming environments and is fully versed in PHP, HTML, CSS, ColdFusion and the use of content management systems. Chris graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Masters of Library Science and also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.

Ben Swartz, CMP

Position: Director of Associations

As an account executive for Agentis, Ben is responsible for ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality services through Agentis’ established systems and best practice procedures. Ben has thirteen years of association management experience coupled with over ten years of hospitality management, and has worked with legal, medical and governmental not-for-profit associations in various capacities, including continuing education programs, conferences and events, member services, sponsorship campaigns and strategic planning. His background, experience and expertise are key in helping client organizations achieve their missions through development of strong leadership relationships and delivery of impeccable professional services. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Kentucky. He earned the CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) designation in 2003 and is a member the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA).

Courtney Devine

Position: Project Manager

Courtney brings nearly ten years of convention management experience to the Agentis team. Her background consists of continuing education meeting planning, event marketing, travel consulting, and customer service roles. She has served as the lead logistics contact for the advertising and coordination of various types of educational meetings, ranging from dinner roundtables to large symposia. She particularly enjoys the marketing aspect of each event she has managed, and looks forward to the opportunity to communicate on behalf of her clients in the most effective manner possible. At Agentis, she oversees various aspects of meeting and convention management, and holds member service and education responsibilities. Courtney is a graduate of Centre College, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.

Cody Jones

Position: Account Executive

Cody has over five years of customer service experience, and also has professional experience in marketing, social media and broadcast media. Before joining the Agentis team on a full-time basis, Cody interned with the company during his final semester of college and worked on a wide variety of projects from convention promotions to research assignments. Cody is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, holding a degree in Public Relations with a minor in General Business.

Adam Haley

Position: Government Affairs Coordinator

Adam Haley serves as the Government Affairs coordinator for Agentis Management. He started as a legislative intern with the Kentucky General Assembly before beginning his political career by organizing volunteers at the grassroots level with various campaigns for state and federal candidates in Kentucky. As a Government Affairs professional and registered lobbyist Adam now collaborates and consults with a variety of partners on the state and federal level on public policy and regulatory affairs. He is a graduate of University of Louisville with a Bachelor of Science of Political Science with a concentration in Law and Public Policy.

Marcus D. Williams

Position: Deputy Director

Possessing over 20 years of association management, non-profit development, and consulting experience, Marcus Williams is a seasoned non-profit executive who has an extensive background in designing, implementing, and evaluating a broad spectrum of association policies and initiatives. Having worked closely with government agencies, universities, private corporations and associations over the course of his career, Marcus’ professional experiences include serving as Executive Director of the National Association for Regulatory Administration, working as a management consultant to non-profit organizations, managing a federally funded prescription drug monitoring initiative, and directing an emergency foster care project for a consortium of child-welfare agencies. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and a Master of Arts from the Catholic University of America.

Sheena Priddy

Position: Bookkeeper

Sheena brings over seven years of combined experience in bookkeeping, payroll and accounts payable to the Agentis team. She began her career in bookkeeping/payroll position at Dye & Company CPA firm in Elizabethtown, KY. More recently she worked as an Accounts Payable Specialist for Trilogy Health Services in Louisville and Lexington. Here at Agentis, Sheena’s primary responsibility is bookkeeping. Sheena has an Associates Degree in Business Management and Accounting from KCTCS.

Luciana Campobasso

Position: Client Services Manager

Luciana brings more than a decade of association management experience to the Agentis team, as well as several years in the medical education field. She joined Agentis in 2013, as Client Services Manager. In this role, Luciana is a lead contact for membership renewals, administrative services, application processing, project management, and member services functions. Her strengths include extraordinary attention to detail, financial management, and data management, with a strong customer service focus – which result in her excellent record of client satisfaction. At Agentis, she looks forward to the opportunity to serve as the first point of contact for association members.

Matt Witt

Position: Client Services Coordinator

Matt serves as a Project Manager for Agentis. He joined the company in 2015 with a passion for the healthcare field. His experience includes project design, implementation and review in hospitals, long term care facilities and community health centers, as well as more than five years of customer service. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Eastern Kentucky University, in Health Services Administration.
